Our Team

  • Lily Kirschenbaum Founder and Coach

Lily has been supporting individuals and families for over a decade. Lily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Development and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. Lily’s career began providing direct care to youth and adolescents through acute crisis intervention. Her clinical work encompasses research into generational trauma, family stabilization and reunification in the non-profit sector, and directing parent programs in a residential treatment program. Lily’s experience as a therapist in a residential treatment setting, led her to develop and lead programming for parents of young adults in treatment, transitions, and in their home.

Lily believes in the accessibility of the coaching model to support individuals and families in their environment. She is deeply in awe of the human capacity to grow- through connection with one’s self, others, and the natural world. Lily lives with her dog in Upstate New York and is inspired by her yoga practice, painting, and mountain trails.

  • Bill Brown Program Director and Coach

Bill is a master's level trained psychotherapist who turned in the office chair and fluorescent lights for more illuminating environments. He has worked with young adults, adolescents and their families for over fifteen years in clinical, field and coaching capacities. He served as a Field Director at a prominent wilderness therapy program in Utah where he was an integral part of daily operation and program efficacy. As a program administrator in community mental health he brought non-traditional treatment methodologies, including wilderness experience, into the continuum of care with great success. Bill is married with two children and is happiest exploring the woods around his home with his family and black dog.

  • Milo Board of Directors

Milo joined the team in the Spring of 2023 and became an integral member of the board at the bright young age of one. A trusting advisor, Milo supports outreach initiatives and holds the position of Chief Morale Officer. His training is a lifelong endeavor and he takes pride in the skills he’s learned thus far. Milo’s work is motivated by car rides, playing, and cheese. In his limited free time, Milo enjoys exploring the woods of Upstate New York and obsessing over birds. Milo embodies the virtue in a Beginner’s Mind, and provides the constant reminder to stop and sniff the roses.
